The study found that 40% of established salespeople experienced periods of call reluctance severe enough to threaten their ability to stay in sales. If that is the case, then imagine how much the average business is losing in revenue each year if they don’t have the luxury of relying on experienced salespeople.

The same study showed that the average call-reluctant salesperson loses more than 15 potential accounts each month to competitors.
