I have been exactly where you are now. About a decade ago, I  had a dream to set up events for singles over 40 who were tired of the nightclub scene.  It meant securing venues on a weekly basis to hold these functions, but I was afraid to make the calls.  The truth was, I felt terrified.  I felt that the people on the other end of the phone would question my ability to run such functions.  Deep down I truly felt not good enough and I thought this would come across on the phone.
